General
We are a full-service China sourcing agent based in Yiwu. We help Australian businesses find, verify, and import products from Chinese manufacturers — handling everything from negotiation to delivery.
Our head office is in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China — at the heart of the world's largest wholesale market. We also have a presence in Guangzhou.
We serve Australian clients from our Yiwu office with Australian-specific expertise. Our team understands Australian business culture, import requirements, and time zones.
Shipping & Logistics
Sea freight from Yiwu: Sydney ~18-25 days, Melbourne ~20-28 days, Brisbane ~18-25 days, Fremantle ~20-28 days, Adelaide ~22-30 days. Air freight: 5-10 days.
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Fremantle, and Adelaide. We can arrange door-to-door delivery from any of these ports.
FCL (Full Container Load) means you book an entire container. LCL (Less than Container Load) means you share container space. We can advise which is more economical for your order size. Our consolidation service can help combine multiple suppliers into one FCL to reduce your freight costs.
Payments & Costs
Our service fee varies depending on order complexity, size, and services required. Contact us for a detailed quote. We are transparent — no hidden charges.
Telegraphic transfer (TT) in AUD, USD, or CNY. We can discuss letter of credit (LC) for larger orders. Contact us for current payment options including Australian bank account availability.
GST (10%) applies to most imports valued over AUD $1,000. For orders under $1,000, GST is typically collected by the supplier or platform. We can advise on your specific situation and help ensure your paperwork is ready for Australian Taxation Office requirements.
Customs & Compliance
The China-Australia Free Trade Agreement (ChAFTA) eliminates or reduces tariffs on most goods imported from China. We provide ChAFTA certificates of origin to help you claim these reductions, potentially saving you significant amounts on import duties.
Yes — certain product categories (toys, electronics, furniture, and more) must comply with AS/NZS standards. We check compliance requirements during sourcing and QC inspection to minimise your risk.
Australia has strict quarantine laws. We ensure wooden packaging is ISPM 15 compliant (fumigated or heat-treated), and goods are clean and free of biosecurity risks before they leave China.
Orders & Getting Started
MOQs vary by product and manufacturer. Unlike many agents focused on US or EU volumes, we work with Australian-appropriate order sizes. Contact us with your requirements and we will find manufacturers that match your scale.
Our pre-shipment inspections catch most issues before goods leave China. If problems still arise, we work with you and the manufacturer to resolve them — replacement, refund, or compensation as appropriate.
